Esultin Smartwatch F1 Wins 2026 iF Design Award

Mar. 25, 2026

Today our F1 Smartwatch has received the 2026 iF Design Award, one of the world’s most prestigious design accolades. Competing against nearly 11,000 entries, the F1 was recognized for redefining medical-grade monitoring through a human-centric, non-intrusive design tailored for elderly users.

Design Rooted in Empathy

Unlike conventional wearables, the F1 abandons complex menus for a single-button interface and a 2.1” high-contrast display. The jury highlighted how the watch solves a critical pain point: seniors can access ECG, continuous blood pressure, and heart rate data without reading tiny text or navigating confusing touch gestures.

Integrated Air Pump for Clinical Accuracy

The F1’s standout innovation is its built-in micro air pump integrated into the wristband. While most smartwatches rely on optical estimation, the F1 inflates gently to take cuff-less blood pressure readings on demand—delivering clinically relevant data updated in real time. The soft, replaceable air strap is designed to avoid skin irritation during overnight wear.

Sustainability & Care Economy

The F1 body uses bio-based polymers, and its entire health monitoring system operates on a single charge for up to seven days—reducing e-waste from frequent charging. “Good design for aging populations should be dignified, not disruptive,”  “The iF award validates that technology can be both medically serious and deeply human.” Said from our Marketing Director
